Samsung's warning: Our Smart TVs record your living room chatter

Samsung Tv's have voice recognition software that captures information that you may say around your tv and use it to better your viewing experience. All this information goes to a third party organization and is included in the terms and services that everyone passes. Voice recognition can be turned off, however certain application will not work do to them relying on this function. Samsung claims all your information is safe and it is their number one priority to keep it that way.

Apple said to be working on Web TV service like Dish Sling TV

Apple Tv hasn't been updated in years. This caused Apple to fall behind and now work on a new web TV service. This will look somewhat like Dish Sling TV or Netflix but with apples personal touches. You can buy shows in bundles or stream them online.

New adblock headphones record what you see and blur ads on all sorts of products.The head-mounted display uses a pair of goggles, a camera and a 7-inch display, all powered by software developed with Open CV and Python. There is a data base of brand logos that blurs images before they reach your eyes in real time.

2013 onto 2014

The year 2013 had many ups and downs. Awful events, great people, passing, new discoveries, pop culture news etc. All of these things made up 2013, people were brought together and torn apart, but people will continue to move on. 2014 now has begun and I can't wait to see what happens this year.
